All returns accepted within 31 days and must be returned, unused in original packaging, with receipt.
In the case of a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve this for you, usually either as a refund or exchange or store credit.
The cost of returns is to be covered by the customer in all circumstances unless an incorrect item has been dispatched or the item is faulty.
LMe Bridlework will only deal with products bought directly from LMe Bridlework.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
