Delivery and postage


Postage is £4.50 an order for ‘economy delivery (2-5 working days) and £6 an order for 1st Class recorded delivery.  We reserve the right to change this postage cost at any point without prior warning. This will not affect any cost of an item that has already been purchased. Postage costs only apply to purchases made by customers in the UK. We have now started shipping to Republic of Ireland, Germany, Australia and the US, at a cost of £25 per delivery.  If you are from another country and would like a postage quote, then please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote.

Orders placed before 1.30pm will be posted out within 48 hours, orders after 1.30pm will be posted out after 48 hours.  If your delivery is urgent, please contact us before placing the order.

Please allow 7 working days from when the product is purchased for delivery of your item (except for Australia and US, this will take 5-14 working days). If you have any queries, please contact us at or the contact form.  A tracking number will be provided at the time of your order and they should normally take 2-4 working days from date of cleared payment.  If your PayPal payment is delayed (which sometimes happens whilst PayPal verify the transaction), we will inform you via email.

If you require a faster delivery, please contact us before purchase and we can advise you accordingly.

Please also note that deliveries around busy times of year such as Bank Holidays and Christmas may be delayed.

All items will be delivered within 7 days of placing the order.

Goods damaged in transit

When you sign for your delivery from the carrier, you must check you are receiving the correct number of parcels you are signing for, and ensure that you make a note if there appears to be any damage to any of the parcels, on the consignment note. Please make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods, (Please quote your order number in al correspondence).

Goods lost in transit

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 working days from the expected delivery date (this is taken to be 2-3 working days from the advised date of dispatch for standard delivery, 1-2 working days for express delivery option).
